All content, materials, creative assets, and intellectual property associated with PHOREST Interactive (“PHOREST,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and unfair competition laws.

This Copyright Policy explains ownership rights, permitted uses, prohibited uses, reporting procedures, and protections related to PHOREST content and platform materials.

1. Ownership of PHOREST Content

Unless otherwise stated, all content made available through PHOREST is owned by PHOREST Interactive and/or its licensors.

  • worldbuilding

  • dialogue

  • narration

  • visual assets

  • illustrations

  • graphics

  • audio

  • music

  • sound design

  • interface designs

  • logos

  • icons

  • animation

  • branding elements

  • mood systems

  • emotional frameworks

  • interactive mechanics

  • cinematic sequences

  • written copy

  • lore

  • fictional environments

  • character concepts

  • custom software logic

  • subscription experiences

  • platform aesthetics

  • PHOREST-created prompts and creative systems

All rights are reserved unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Limited License to Users

PHOREST grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial use.

This license does not transfer ownership of any PHOREST intellectual property.

Users may not:

  • reproduce PHOREST content

  • redistribute simulations

  • repost scenes in full

  • commercially exploit platform materials

  • create derivative commercial works

  • sell PHOREST assets

  • mirror or scrape platform content

  • copy the structure or presentation of simulations

  • use PHOREST materials to train AI systems or datasets

  • remove copyright or branding notices

without prior written permission from PHOREST Interactive.

3. Unauthorized Reproduction & Redistribution

Unauthorized copying, reposting, recording, screenshotting, redistribution, or commercial reuse of PHOREST content may violate:

  • copyright law

  • trademark law

  • unfair competition law

  • digital platform protections

  • applicable intellectual property regulations

This includes:

  • reposting full simulations

  • bootleg reproductions

  • reposting premium subscriber content

  • uploading simulations to third-party platforms

  • recreating PHOREST experiences for profit

  • unauthorized archival distribution

  • AI-generated derivatives trained on PHOREST assets or writing

PHOREST reserves the right to pursue enforcement actions where appropriate.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may submit content including:

  • comments

  • reflections

  • journal entries

  • usernames

  • feedback

  • community posts

Users retain ownership of their original user-generated content.

However, by submitting content through PHOREST, users grant PHOREST a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • host

  • display

  • reproduce

  • distribute

  • moderate

  • adapt for technical functionality

solely for purposes related to operating and improving the Services.

Users represent that:

  • they own or have rights to submitted content

  • their content does not infringe third-party rights

  • their submissions comply with applicable laws

5. Trademarks

“PHOREST,” “PHOREST Interactive,” associated logos, visual identifiers, slogans, simulation names, and branding elements may constitute trademarks, trade dress, or protected brand assets of PHOREST Interactive.

Users may not use PHOREST branding:

  • in misleading ways

  • to imply endorsement

  • for competing products

  • in domain names, usernames, or branding intended to confuse consumers

without written authorization.

6. Copyright Infringement Claims (DMCA)

PHOREST respects the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe content on PHOREST infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice including:

  • your contact information

  • identification of the copyrighted work

  • identification of the allegedly infringing material

  • a statement of good-faith belief

  • a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

  • your physical or electronic signature

PHOREST reserves the right to remove allegedly infringing content and suspend repeat infringers where appropriate.

7. AI, Data Mining & Automated Access Restrictions

Users may not:

  • scrape PHOREST content

  • systematically extract platform data

  • use bots to archive simulations

  • train machine learning systems on PHOREST materials

  • reproduce PHOREST writing structures or visual systems at scale

  • use automated tools to access restricted subscriber content

without explicit written consent from PHOREST Interactive.

8. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted in this policy are reserved by PHOREST Interactive.

Nothing in this policy transfers:

  • ownership rights

  • intellectual property rights

  • trademark rights

  • commercialization rights

  • licensing rights

to users or third parties.

9. Enforcement

PHOREST reserves the right to:

  • remove infringing content

  • suspend or terminate accounts

  • issue takedown requests

  • pursue legal remedies

  • cooperate with law enforcement where necessary

for violations of this Copyright Policy or misuse of PHOREST intellectual property.
